I lived in the Colorado mountains for 21 years, and I am uniquely qualified to help in real estate disputes involving access issues, boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, and easements.
I have represented clients in such cases in Gilpin County, Boulder County, Clear Creek County, Summit County, Grand County, Eagle County, Garfield County, Jefferson County, Larimer County, Chaffee County, and Routt County.
With an advanced degree in agricultural law, I have also represented agricultural clients in numerous real estate disputes involving properties on Colorado’s eastern plains.
Business Litigation
The distinction between litigation and transactional work is often artificial.
Business, contract, intellectual property, employment, and real estate litigation are almost always the result of poor drafting, insufficient investigation, or an incomplete negotiation.
I prefer plain English over “Legalese.” Plain English lowers costs, improves productivity, increases credibility, and reduces misunderstandings.

My hourly rate is $425.00. I do not handle cases on a contingency basis.
