The Air Force Evaluation Reports and Appeal Board (ERAB) has ruled in favor an Air Force officer TCLG represented. The officer received a negative Officer Performance Report (OPR) from hiss commmander after he expressed concern about several matters impacting the ability of the unit to perform its mission. The ERAB nullified the OPR and removed it from the officer’s personnel file, so the officer is now eligible for promotion to full Colonel.
