I am delighted to announce I have joined TermScout as a Legal Advisor.   TermScout is a Denver-based legal-tech company that helps people and businesses understand the contracts and privacy policies they agree to so they can make better decisions about what terms to accept.  TermScout is an ideal fit for me because my position will allow me to use my 36 years of legal experience and my expertise in contract litigation and plain English to work for TermScout’s customers.  I will continue (but scale back) my private practice, which includes four broad areas: (1) drafting and reviewing legal documents, (2) advising businesses and organizations, (3) commercial and real estate litigation, and (4) offering innovative CLE programs.  You can learn more about TermScout at https://www.termscout.io/
