District Court Upholds 4.2 Million Dollar Judgment
Larimer County District Judge Julie Kunce Field has denied all post-judgment motions the Defendants filed in a complex commercial case in which she had awarded TCLG’s client 4.2 million dollars, including exemplary damages. The motions sought new trials or a reduction of the judgment. Judge Field also awarded TCLG’s client nearly $54,000 in costs.
