Mark Fogg, the new President of the Colorado Bar Association, has re-appointed Mark Cohen to serve a second three-year term on the Board of Editors of The Colorado Lawyer.  The Colorado Lawyer is a monthly magazine distributed to all members of the Colorado Bar Association. Mr. Cohen has written several articles for The Colorado Lawyer, numerous other legal and non-legal articles, and two mysteries published by a division of Time-Warner.  He is a strong proponent of the plain English movement – a movement dedicated to using plain English rather than “Legalese.”  With offices in Boulder and Nederland, Mr. Cohen’s practice includes drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents and litigating contract disputes.
