Mark Cohen Appointed to Advisory Board

Strafford Publications has asked Mark Cohen to serve on its Commercial Contracts Editorial Advisory Board.  Mar will work closely with Strafford’s editors, program attorneys, and accountants to develop highly-focused, timely, and content-rich continuing legal education and continuing professional education webinars.

District Court Upholds 4.2 Million Dollar Judgment

Larimer County District Judge Julie Kunce Field has denied all post-judgment motions the Defendants filed in a complex commercial case in which she had awarded TCLG’s client 4.2 million dollars, including exemplary damages. The motions sought new trials or a reduction of the judgment. Judge Field also awarded TCLG’s client nearly $54,000 in costs.

Court of Appeals Rules for TCLG Client
