- Fantastic presentation – very well written and presented
- Learned a lot; lecturer gave great sample language for us to use in future contracts, and came across as very knowledgeable and credible. Well done.
- The presenter was thorough and even made me laugh a couple of times!
- Outstanding presentation by a very wise and experienced lawyer. I would recommend this course to anyone setting out into contract law practice — which is pretty much anyone. He is teaching people how to avoid inefficiency, confusion and down-range trouble. I particularly like his use of “scoring” the comprehensibility and readability (and word count) of “boilerplate” in agreements. Well done!
PS: Slide 80, second bullet, I think should be “contract” not “contact” - Excellent speaker and great review!
