Mark Cohen and Michele Dusenbery, President of DART, Inc., presented a program on workplace violence sponsored by the Boulder County Bar Association. Their program, Workplace Violence: Law and Effective Prevention Strategies, provided an overview of the law governing workplace violence and provided practical guidance for employers (and their attorneys) designed to help them reduce the risk of workplace violence. DART, Inc., is a Boulder 501(c)(3) entity that offers training in violence prevention. Mark is a member of DART’s Board of Directors. 9/10/08
