The Bernalillo County District Court in Albuquerque has rejected a man’s attempt to gain an injunction to prevent a TCLG client from selling two air quality permits at a sheriff’s sale to satisfy a judgment entered in favor of TCLG’s client for failure to pay a business debt for leased rock crushing equipment. The Court rejected the man’s claims that he owned the permits personally rather than his business. Mark Cohen represented the firm’s client along with local counsel in New Mexico.
