This District Court of Larimer County ruled in favor of a TCLG client and appointed a receiver for a judgment-debtor. The Court found that was a probability that fraud had occurred or will occur and that the company’s assets were in danger of being dissipated, lost, concealed,, or removed from the reach of the Court. The Court rejected all of the judgment-debtor’s arguments.
